Defined Terms
The ROSAFA Referral Program allows ROSAFA customers to earn promotional Reward Points toward future ROSAFA purchases
by referring friends or family members to ROSAFA. By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree
to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions and ROSAFA's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on
our website and incorporated here by reference).
Referrer: you, a registered ROSAFA customer.
Referred Customer: a friend or family member to whom the Referrer shares their link. A “friend” is a person with whom
you communicate frequently and have met in person before. A “family member” is a person who is your parent, sibling, or
child or a person with whom you are related through marriage or common-law partnership.
Referral Link: a personalized referral link, provided to you by ROSAFA.
Reward points: The points a Referrer earns after a Referred Customer purchases a product using their link.

How to Earn Reward Points: The Referrer may earn the Reward Points toward future ROSAFA purchases or discounts if a
Referred Customer clicks on the Referrer’s Referral Link, and places an order on Rosafaskincare.com. A 100 Reward Points
per purchase will be granted to the Referrer immediately after the Referred Customer purchases a product. If the points
haven't been added please write to us at
[email protected]Points Exclusions: Each Reward Point is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with
other offers and must be used in the currency in which it was received. Each Reward Point may be redeemed on
Rosafaskincare.com only and may not be applied to any prior purchases, taxes, shipping and delivery charges, or toward
the purchase of gift cards.
Follow the Rules
ROSAFA reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Reward Points that violate the spirit of the ROSAFA
Referral Program, such as attempting to gain the Points through self-referral by using a different email address or
distributing a Referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. ROSAFA may delay any Reward Points for the purposes of
investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your order, the Reward
Points may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.
Referrers should only invite a friend or family member after receiving prior permission from the Referred Customer to
send or have ROSAFA send, an email with the Referral Link to them. Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws
and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. For example, emails
must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of the
Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is
expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from ROSAFA's Referral
Program. We'll be watching for spammers so please be kind and only share with people you know—nobody likes an
oversharer!
ROSAFA automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals. If you are a Referrer and Referred Customer made their purchase
using your Referral Link and you didn't receive Reward Points, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Just

Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. ROSAFA's Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead
generation, as determined in ROSAFA's sole discretion.
ROSAFA employees are eligible to share their Referral Link with Referred Customers, however, employees will not earn any
Reward Points.
Privacy
By clicking on a Referral Link, the Referring Customer acknowledges that some of their personal information may be sent
to the Referrer who provided the Referral Link as confirmation of the Referring Customer making a purchase and the
Referrer receiving a Reward Points. Accordingly, ROSAFA strongly advises that Referring Customers only use a Referral
Link that they receive from someone whom they personally know and trust. Any personal information collected, processed,
and used as part of ROSAFA's Referral Program, including that of the Referrer and Referred Customer, will be used in
accordance with ROSAFA's Privacy Policy.
Right to Close Accounts
ROSAFA is not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays, or failures of
operations. ROSAFA reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request
proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the ROSAFA Referral Program in a questionable
manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
All of ROSAFA's decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether Reward Points are verified.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
ROSAFA reserves the right to cancel the ROSAFA's Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at
its sole discretion. However, it will not affect the usage of any Reward Points already earned, in accordance with these
Terms & Conditions.
